What to do about a full /boot partition?
I have a virtualized web server with a full boot partition. This is causing some error messages on reboots, but as far as I can tell it still works fine.
I think I can make some space in the boot partition by deleting some old kernels. This thread touches on the topic but doesn't give much explanation. Deleting kernels make me kind of nervous and I really want to make sure I'm doing it right. How can I check which old kernels are ok to delete? Also, what problems can a full boot partition cause?
