How to send web based SMS reciever as get sender name or sender number in PHP

I have one website I want send SMS through webpage for employee who is having today birthday. If we send the SMS, the employee can get message from company in their mobile inbox, it will not display like TD-2344 or LM-2334 or AT-4545 or MD-3434.
